CashCarry has a fully digitised, transparent and very well structured work system. We rely entirely on the information provided by suppliers regarding product details, existing stocks and packaging sizes to optimise the sales and delivery process both regionally and internationally.

Product Packaging
The collection, storage and delivery of products is organised EXCLUSIVELY by us, all you have to do is provide prices with EXW incoterms. Cash Carry sales can be made both by box and by pallet. Our delivery system requires certain information about product sizes and packaging. We can organise the transport for both small parcels and for standard Euro pallets 80 x 120 cm, UK pallets of 100 x 120 cm or atypical pallets with random dimensions.

Inventory Management
Stock Synchronisation
CashCarry sells both products from its own stock and from suppliers' stocks. Stocks can either be in CashCarry warehouses where they remain the property of the supplier but are managed by our Fulfillment service, or they can be in supplier warehouses. If the stock is managed by the supplier in their own warehouse, it has the obligation to update the stock level in our platform or can allocate a dedicated buffer stock exclusively for CashCarry.

Product & Service Validity
Quality guarantee
As a CashCarry supplier you are obliged to supply only products within a warranty period satisfactory to both CashCarry and resellers, and to further provide support for any claims from resellers or end users. For products that require a warranty certificate and repairs in case of malfunctions, you must be able to prove the existence of the service and possible accreditation from the manufacturer.
