Legal entities
We collaborate both with authorized natural persons and with SME companies.
1Do you collaborate with self-employed persons?
Yes! As long as the collaboration conditions are met, we work both with local manufacturers and self-employed, SMEs and multinational companies.
2Do I have to be VAT registered?
Not! Cash & Carry Wholesale by Corrios does not require its partners to be registered for VAT purposes.
3Do I need an EORI code to work with Corrios Cash & Carry?
For the sale of products on the UK & EU territory, it is not mandatory to have an EORI code for imports and exports, the transactions being made between you and our company. If your products will be listed on our platforms outside the country and will be exported by Cash & Carry to the European Union, Great Britain or Moldova, our company will take care of the customs formalities.
Product sheet
Clarity of information can eliminate complaints, returns and frustration.
1CUSTOMS code
Regardless of whether you want to promote the products only nationally or internationally in EU member countries, Moldova or Great Britain, the product description must be accompanied by the customs code. The code can be found by accessing one of the links: Taric UE or UK Tarriff. The customs code helps us to more easily determine what taxes need to be paid when a customer outside the country's borders purchases your products.
2Barcode / SKU
Given that the products sold by us end up on store shelves, it is mandatory that all products sold through Cash & Carry are correctly labeled and barcoded.
3Product code (SKU)
To find products in the catalog more easily, we recommend that you provide a product code (SKU), especially for those with optionals (eg: sneakers - black, white, 32, 36, 42, etc.)
4The unit of measure
When we talk about the unit of measure, we mean the final quantitative unit that will also appear on the invoice to the customer. For example, a milk bottle containing 1000 ML of milk represents 1 piece not 1000 ML. A box containing 12 bottles of milk is treated as 1 piece, but the description must contain the total number of bottles.
5Images and video clips
Providing photo images of the product is a mandatory condition. For the presentation of the products you can also provide video materials, preferably in English.

Logistics
Details on packaging method and quantities per package.
1Warehouse (s) location
The first step is to define the location of your warehouse, working hours, contact details for the warehouse managers and the time required to prepare an order for the products in stock.

- Mobile phone for SMS notifications
- Email address to receive orders and AWB labels
- Time required for product preparation
- Monday-Sunday working hours
2The standard boxes used for packaging
In the case of small products (eg: hand cream, mobile phones, covers, t-shirts, bags, etc.) that can be grouped with other similar products and packed in larger boxes to be delivered, we need to know the dimensions of the standard boxes used by you for packing, for example: 50x30x40 cm and the maximum weight supported. Our system will optimize placement in standard boxes and you will receive clear instructions by email on how to pack along with the AWB labels that must be affixed to the boxes.
3Product dimensions
For products that are sold by the piece, information regarding the packaging method must be added, such as:
- Length (cm)
- Width (cm)
